CRIF, the Italian info provider group with branches in various countries around the world has recently completed the issuance and placement of bonds through a US institutional investor. The bond placement includes a 10-year fixed-rate repayment plan.
The operation aims to raise additional liquidity to support the expansion of CRIF’s international ecosystem and ensure an increasingly high level of service and innovative solutions. It also represents a further step for CRIF towards diversifying its financing sources and improving the Group’s debt profile by extending its average duration.
