Hoist Finance issues SEK 500 million in bonds

Hoist Finance, an asset manager specializing in distressed loans, has successfully completed the issuance of SEK 500 million in senior non-preferred bonds with a five-year maturity. The bonds, placed under the EMTN program, carry an interest rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 250 basis points.

The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes. The bonds will be traded on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc and are expected to receive a Ba1 rating from Moody’s.
