Securitize appoints Georgia Quinn as chief legal officer to strengthen leadership in tokenized real-world assets

Securitize, a leader in tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs), has appointed Georgia Quinn as its new chief legal officer. An expert in financial regulation and digital assets, Quinn joins from Anchorage Digital, where she previously served as general counsel.

With extensive experience in the legal and regulatory landscape, Quinn will support Securitize’s mission to drive compliant and regulated tokenization in traditional financial markets. The company, registered with the SEC as a broker-dealer and operator of an Alternative Trading System (ATS), continues to solidify its position as a key player in the industry.
