London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), a global operator in the financial markets and market data sectors, has announced that Lloyd Pitchford, Chief Financial Officer of Experian PLC, will join its board of directors as a non-executive director starting from April 30. Pitchford will step down from his role at Bunzl PLC on April 23.
