The Credit Services Association (CSA), the UK’s recognised trade body for the credit recovery and debt purchasing sector, has announced the appointment of four members to its Board of Directors following its 124th Annual General Meeting.
Tim Kirk (PRA Group) and Craig Hinchliffe (Perch Group) have been successfully re-elected, reflecting continued confidence in their leadership and contribution. Joining the Board are Samantha Reed (Intrum), who brings extensive experience in risk and compliance, and Daniela Ferrer Francisco (NCO Europe Ltd), a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in governance and risk management.
