Latham & Watkins advisor in PRA Group US$400 million Bonds Issue

Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in the private  offering of  US$400 million of Senior Notes issue by Pra Group the US Debt Buyer listed at Nasdaq and with branch in many other countries. The senior note were offered at the rate of 8.875%  and expire date to 2030 and regultare by Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 to eligible purchasers.

Latham & Watkins has  supported the operation with advisory and consultancy activities thanks to its team led by New York partner Michael Benjamin, with associate Robyn Sablove.

Advice was also provided on benefits matters by New York partner Bradd Williamson, with associate Jaye Han; on data privacy matters by Houston/Austin counsel Robert Brown, with Washington, D.C. partner Jennifer Archie; on TCPA matters by Washington, D.C. partner Matthew Murchison; and on tax matters by New York partner Elena Romanova, with Washington, D.C. associate Shiyi Zhang.
