Last Thursday, AMCO inaugurated its new headquarters in Rome, located on Via Barberini. The third floor of the historic building, which serves as the company’s new strategic hub, has been renovated to align with the brand identity while incorporating a fully green and sustainable vision. The space includes forty workstations, as well as offices and common areas.
As in AMCO’s other locations, great attention is given to energy efficiency. The building is equipped with thermal and acoustic insulation systems, and the temperature can be controlled via remote, thanks to a heat pump system with programmable on/off settings based on specific needs. Workstations are illuminated by presence-detecting lights. The location of the building also promotes sustainable mobility for employees, as it is well-served by public transportation.
“After Naples, Milan, and Vicenza, the new Rome headquarters strengthens AMCO’s presence in a strategic city, not only from an institutional perspective but also operationally: Rome is a key hub for many credit recovery activities,” said Andrea Munari, CEO of AMCO.
