Europa Investimenti, italian subsidiary of Arrow Global Group acquires shares of Sansedoni Siena S.p.A

Arrow Global Group, through its italian subsidiary Europa Investimenti, already holding 95% of Sansedoni Siena S.p.A. has acquired the shares held by certain minority shareholders, thus becoming the near-total owner of the Sienese company.

Aligning with its international trajectory, boasting 8 platforms dedicated entirely to real estate and managing assets worth 14 billion euros, Arrow Global’s Real Estate strategy in Italy is now further strengthened.

The newly formed Real Estate division, of which Sansedoni will be a part, will provide highly specialized real estate expertise not only to Europa Investimenti (a leading player in the Italian market for single-name loans UTP and NPL, as well as in restructuring and insolvency operations) but also to the direct real estate investments made by funds managed by the Arrow Group. The investment strategy primarily focuses on development and regeneration operations within key real estate asset classes (residential, office, logistics, and hospitality). Special attention will also be given to the development of Life Science and Lending.

With this move, the revitalization of Sansedoni continues under the leadership of the Arrow Group, whose activities are mainly geared towards identifying new investment opportunities and engaging in real estate asset management.

Sansedoni is a key part of Arrow Group’s strategic vision, particularly at a time when new market trends, the application of ESG criteria, and the impetus of building sustainability policies are creating new prospects in the real estate landscape,” states Donato Piscuoglio, Head of Real Estate Italy at Arrow and CEO of Sansedoni.

We are delighted to have completed this acquisition and revitalization journey for Sansedoni,” comments Daniele Patruno, CEO of Europa Investimenti. “Both the distressed credit market and the real estate operators’ sphere (where we find an increasing number of opportunities and special situations) increasingly demand specialized real estate skills and capital. We believe this trend will persist over the next 3-5 years. In this context, the growth of our real estate team and the revitalization of Sansedoni are key steps in our strategy.”
