Arrow Global Group Names New Chairman of the Board, Rob Leary

Arrow Global Group announced the new chairman of the board, Robert G. Leary, in a press release.

Leary has a 30-year career in investment and leadership in the asset management and insurance industries, characterized by his extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and product diversification.

Leary’s tenure includes the CEO role at ING Investment Management, followed by the CEO position at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where he managed approximately €850 billion in AUM. His leadership has been instrumental in driving significant transformations at The Olayan Group as Group CEO, enhancing its global operations and governance model. Robert Leary’s deep knowledge of wealth management is further demonstrated by his roles on various boards of directors. He serves as a Non-Executive Director (NED) at Citizens Financial Group, Intact Financial Group and Voya Financial.

His passion for nature conservation aligns with Arrow’s commitment to sustainability, as demonstrated by his involvement on the boards of organizations such as the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) and the National Forest Foundation. Monique O’Keefe will continue to serve as president of Arrow Global Group Capital Management (AGGCM), investment manager of the Arrow funds, ensuring full continuity with respect to investment decisions and governance of the funds.
